Triage Team:
Our Triage Team is managed by Martha, a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience, and a staff of RNs and LPNs. The team is available to assist patients with any medical questions you may have as well as directly communicating with our providers regarding patient concerns and care plans. Additionally, they provide patients with same-day emergent appointments, medication refills/requests, and test results. The Triage Team can be reached by calling 919-788-4444 and selecting Option #2. Established patients can also contact us through the patient portal located on the website.
Prenatal Team:
Our Prenatal Team consists of Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants with specialized knowledge of early-stage pregnancy. OB Patients and their family members meet with our Prenatal Staff prior to their first visit to discuss and document family history and go over any questions that they may have. Additionally, they will provide pregnancy education for a variety of topics, introduce you to our providers, and review what to expect while you’re expecting. An Ultrasound confirming pregnancy is also performed during this initial visit. Our Prenatal Team can be reached by calling 919-788-4444 ext 4451. Sonography/Ultrasound:
Our sonographer Michelle has nearly 15 years of dedicated women’s health ultrasound experience including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Clinical Applications specialties, and continuing sonographer education. She holds certifications from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography in OB/GYN, Fetal Echocardiography, and Abdomen as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Kent State University.
