Advanced Care Team

At Centre Ob/Gyn we are dedicated to providing our patients with the best care possible. Through our Advanced Care Team we are able to offer direct access to professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate support staff specializing in Ob/Gyn care for over 10 years.

Triage Team:

Our Triage Team is managed by Martha, a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience, and a staff of RNs and LPNs. The team is available to assist patients with any medical questions you may have as well as directly communicating with our providers regarding patient concerns and care plans. Additionally, they provide patients with same day emergent appointments, medication refills/requests, and test results. The Triage Team can be reached by calling 919-788-4444 and selecting Option #2. Established patients can also contact us through the patient portal located on the website.

Prenatal Team:

Our Prenatal Team consists of Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants with specialized knowledge of early-stage pregnancy. OB Patients and their family members meet with our Prenatal Staff prior to their first visit to discuss and document family history and go over any questions that they may have. Additionally, they will provide pregnancy education for a variety of topics, introduce you to our providers, and review what to expect while you’re expecting. An Ultrasound confirming pregnancy is also performed during this initial visit. Our Prenatal Team can be reached by calling 919-788-4444 ext 4451. Once established, you can message the team or our OB Providers via the Patient Portal.


Centre Ob/Gyn provides on-site primary and elective ultrasounds for both Gynecological and Obstetrical services. Our sonographer, Dena, graduated from Rex Hospital School of Radiological Technology and has over 20 years of experience in Ob/Gyn. Dena is certified through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and can perform abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, and nuchal translucency ultrasounds. We also offer elective 3D ultrasounds (schedule permitting).

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our policies and restrictions are being updated frequently.

We are once again offering all services on a limited schedule basis in office. We will continue to offer telehealth visits to established patients and have extended availability in our Holly Springs location. As always, our patients' health and safety is a top priority, especially during this challenging time. Our office is taking several steps to ensure all Federal, State, and Local safety measures are taken. We will continue to screen all patients at the door and ask that you bring/wear a mask if you have one.

As a courtesy to our patients and staff in order to reduce risk of exposure, we are DISCOURAGING VISITORS at this time. We REQUIRE that PATIENTS attend appointments ALONE.

With some schools being released, we ask that you PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT to arrange childcare to reduce exposure. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment to accommodate this request.
